Breadcrumb Places Terms of Use

Breadcrumb Places is provided by AWMB Ltd. In these Terms, “AWMB”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to AWMB Ltd, and “you” refers to the person using Breadcrumb Places.

Where applicable, your use of Breadcrumb Places is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms add app-specific terms for Breadcrumb Places, including subscription access and use of saved places.

• Subscription name: Breadcrumb Plus Monthly.
• StoreKit product ID: com.awmbltd.Breadcrumb.plus.monthly.
• Price: $3.99 per month.
• Eligible new users may receive a 7-day free trial.
• After onboarding, access to Breadcrumb Places requires an active trial or active Breadcrumb Plus Monthly subscription.
• Access locks when the trial or subscription expires, is canceled after the paid period ends, refunded, revoked, or is otherwise inactive.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID / App Store account through Apple.
• Breadcrumb Plus Monthly automatically renews each month until canceled.
• Your subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, where Apple applies that rule.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID / App Store subscription settings.
• Purchases, renewals, refunds, cancellations, and billing history are handled by Apple.
• AWMB does not receive full payment card details.
• Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where Apple applies that rule.

Breadcrumb Places may include a restore purchases option. Restore purchases asks Apple to confirm your current subscription or trial entitlement. Restoring purchases does not create a separate AWMB account and does not change Apple's billing or cancellation rules.

Breadcrumb Places does not require a separate AWMB account or AWMB login. Subscription entitlement is handled through Apple and StoreKit.

• You are responsible for the places, notes, logs, and other content you save in Breadcrumb Places.
• Do not save content that you do not have the right to store or use.
• Be careful when saving sensitive locations, private notes, or information about other people.
• Saved places are local by default. Private iCloud sync may be available for Breadcrumb Plus if enabled by you.

Location, map, and geocoding information may be approximate, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Breadcrumb Places is intended as a personal place-saving tool, not as a guaranteed source of navigation, location, address, travel, or safety information.

Do not rely on Breadcrumb Places for emergencies, rescue, safety-critical decisions, navigation in dangerous conditions, medical needs, law enforcement, or any situation where inaccurate or unavailable location information could cause harm.

Breadcrumb Places is provided as is and as available. AWMB aims to provide a reliable app, but we do not promise that the app will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or that saved data, sync, maps, subscriptions, or StoreKit entitlement checks will always work exactly as expected.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AWMB will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of data, lost profits, lost opportunities, subscription issues handled by Apple, or decisions made using location, map, or geocoding information in Breadcrumb Places.

The Breadcrumb Places Privacy Policy explains how the app handles location, saved places, optional iCloud sync, StoreKit entitlement information, and support messages.

AWMB may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will be updated when meaningful changes are made. Continued use of Breadcrumb Places after an update means the current Terms apply.
