Breadcrumb Privacy Policy

• Breadcrumb stores user-created content such as saved places, notes, memories, and related app data.
• App data may include details needed to organize, display, sync, and maintain saved breadcrumbs.
• Subscription status may be handled through Apple systems when a user purchases or manages Breadcrumb Plus Monthly.
• AWMB may receive information a user chooses to send directly in support or privacy emails.

• To provide app features for saving and viewing meaningful places, memories, notes, and moments.
• To sync app data through Apple iCloud and CloudKit where available.
• To support optional subscription access and restore subscription status through Apple systems.
• To respond to support, privacy, or troubleshooting requests.

• Breadcrumb uses Apple iCloud and CloudKit to store and sync user-created app data under the user's Apple ID.
• The production CloudKit container is iCloud.com.awmbltd.Breadcrumb.
• Breadcrumb also uses the app group group.com.awmbltd.Breadcrumb for app functionality on the user's device.
• Apple handles iCloud account authentication, storage, sync infrastructure, and related Apple ID controls under Apple's own policies.

• Breadcrumb may offer an optional App Store subscription product: com.awmbltd.Breadcrumb.plus.monthly.
• Payment and subscription processing is handled by Apple through the App Store.
• Users can manage, cancel, or review subscriptions through Apple ID / App Store subscription settings.
• AWMB does not receive full payment card details from Apple.

• AWMB does not sell user data.
• AWMB does not use user content for advertising.
• AWMB does not share user-created Breadcrumb content with advertisers.
• Data may be processed by Apple as needed for iCloud, CloudKit, Apple ID, App Store, payment, and subscription functionality.
• AWMB may disclose information if required to comply with applicable law or a valid legal request.

• User-created content may remain in the app, on the user's device, and in iCloud until the user deletes it or changes their iCloud/app data settings.
• Users can delete app content in the app where deletion controls are available, delete the app from their device, or manage iCloud data through Apple settings where supported.
• Deleting app data does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription.
• Subscription records and billing history are managed by Apple according to Apple's policies.

Breadcrumb is not directed to children under 13. AWMB does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through Breadcrumb. If you believe a child has provided information, contact AWMB so the issue can be reviewed.

AWMB may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will be updated when meaningful changes are made. Continued use of Breadcrumb after a policy update means the current policy applies.
