Breadcrumb Support

Support page for the Breadcrumb iOS app by AWMB Ltd. Find help with iCloud sync, subscriptions and billing, privacy, app data, and basic troubleshooting.

1. iCloud sync

  • Breadcrumb uses Apple iCloud and CloudKit to sync user-created content where iCloud is available and enabled.
  • Sync data is associated with the user's Apple ID and the production container iCloud.com.awmbltd.Breadcrumb.
  • If sync is delayed, confirm the device is signed in to iCloud, has iCloud Drive enabled, and has a stable network connection.
  • Apple iCloud service availability, storage limits, and account settings may affect sync behavior.

2. Subscriptions and billing

  • Breadcrumb may offer an optional Breadcrumb Plus Monthly subscription in the App Store.
  • The subscription product ID is com.awmbltd.Breadcrumb.plus.monthly.
  • Payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing history are handled by Apple through the App Store.
  • Users can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions through their Apple ID / App Store subscription settings.
  • Deleting the app or app data does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription.

3. Privacy and data

Breadcrumb stores user-created content such as saved places, notes, memories, and related app data. Review the Breadcrumb Privacy Policy for details about iCloud, CloudKit, subscriptions, data sharing, and privacy choices.

4. Troubleshooting

  • Make sure the device is running a supported iOS version.
  • Check that iCloud is enabled for the Apple ID used on the device.
  • Confirm the device has an internet connection if sync or subscription status is not updating.
  • Restart the app and check for App Store updates.
  • Include the device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description when contacting support.
