Belfer Privacy Policy

Belfer lets you enter school-year dates, terms, day and bell schedules, calendar exceptions, courses, teaching sections, rooms, meetings, and concise lesson information. Lesson information may include an objective or title, agenda, materials link, homework, and an optional private note.

Belfer is not intended to store student names, student IDs, grades, attendance, accommodations, rosters, education records, or other identifiable student information. Please do not enter that information.

• Planner data is stored locally on your device using Apple platform storage.
• The current implementation has no Belfer account, advertising, tracking, fingerprinting, developer analytics, third-party analytics, or third-party crash-reporting SDK.
• The current implementation has no developer endpoint that receives schedules, lesson text, private notes, or app-usage behavior.
• Belfer can create user-directed data exports and a diagnostic export you can inspect before choosing to share it. Exports are not uploaded automatically.

Belfer stores planner data locally. Private synchronization through Apple iCloud and CloudKit is not enabled in the current product configuration.

If optional private iCloud synchronization is introduced in a future release, Apple will process the associated account, device, storage, and synchronization data under Apple's policies. AWMB Ltd will update and revalidate this policy and the App Store privacy answers before that configuration is released.

Belfer is not currently sold through an in-app purchase or subscription. No customer price, purchase period, renewal term, or trial is currently offered.

If purchases are offered in a future release, Apple will process payment, Apple Account, transaction, refund, and purchase-management information. AWMB Ltd will not receive full payment-card details from Apple, but the app may process limited verified entitlement status needed to unlock or restore access. Final behavior and disclosures must be reviewed against the release build.

The current app has no third-party runtime SDKs and does not automatically send crash reports or diagnostics to AWMB Ltd. Apple may make system-level diagnostics available only according to the user's device and Apple sharing settings. If you choose to email support, your email provider and AWMB Ltd's email provider process that message under their own terms and privacy policies.

The Belfer pages do not use advertising, behavioral analytics, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, browser storage, newsletter forms, or cookies set by Belfer page code. The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request data such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent, and security logs to deliver and protect the site. AWMB Ltd does not use these pages to collect teacher or student information.

• AWMB Ltd does not sell Belfer planner content or use it for advertising.
• The current app does not share planner content with advertisers or data brokers.
• The current app does not track users across apps or websites.
• Information may be disclosed if required by applicable law or a valid legal request.

• You can export your planner data from the app before deleting it.
• You can delete local planner data with an explicit in-app confirmation. Device backups may retain copies according to your Apple backup settings.
• A future iCloud-enabled release must provide and verify controls for disabling synchronization and deleting synchronized data before release.
• Support and privacy emails are retained only as reasonably needed to respond, keep appropriate business records, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. You may ask AWMB Ltd to delete information it actually holds, subject to any required retention.

Belfer is designed for adult educators and is not directed to children. It should not be used to enter information about students. If you use Belfer or contact support from outside the United Kingdom, information you voluntarily send to AWMB Ltd may be processed in the United Kingdom or where its service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

AWMB Ltd may update this policy when Belfer's release configuration, features, services, or legal requirements change. The effective and last-updated date will change, and a material change will be communicated through an appropriate release note, in-app notice, or this page before it applies where required.
