CueFort Terms of Use

CueFort uses Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The notes below are a plain-language product summary, not a replacement for that agreement.

Controlling agreement

Apple's Standard EULA applies.

If this summary differs from Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's EULA controls.

Read Apple's Standard EULA

1. Publisher and license

CueFort is published by AWMB Sp. z o.o. Apps made available through the App Store are licensed, not sold. Your license to use CueFort is governed by Apple's Standard EULA.

2. Acceptable use

  • Use CueFort lawfully and do not interfere with its security, operation, or distribution.
  • Do not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit CueFort except where applicable law or Apple’s EULA permits it.
  • Do not use CueFort to infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.

3. Your scripts and recordings

You are responsible for the scripts, recordings, documents, and other material you create, import, record, or export, and for having the rights and permissions needed to use that material.

4. Local storage and backups

CueFort stores projects and recordings locally. You are responsible for available device storage, reviewing finished exports, and maintaining device backups or exported copies appropriate to your needs. Deleting the app, a project, recovery data, or a system backup may remove content permanently.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Apple handles CueFort purchases and billing. Creator Monthly and Creator Annual are auto-renewing subscriptions managed through your Apple Account. The 30-Day Project Pass is a one-time, non-renewing purchase that provides 30 days of Creator access.

Prices, billing periods, and any storefront-specific terms are shown by Apple before purchase. Use Restore Purchases in CueFort to ask Apple to verify an eligible entitlement.

6. Recording recovery limitation

CueFort uses confirmed local checkpoints to support recovery after an interrupted recording. Material through the last confirmed checkpoint remains recoverable; the final few seconds may be incomplete.

CueFort does not guarantee zero footage loss, completely crash-proof recording, uninterrupted operation, or recovery beyond the last confirmed checkpoint.

7. Privacy and support

The CueFort Privacy Policy explains local storage, permissions, purchases, diagnostics, and user-controlled sharing. For help, visit CueFort Support or email support@awmbltd.com.
