CueFort Privacy Policy

• No CueFort account is required.
• CueFort contains no advertising, tracking, analytics SDK, or cloud sync.
• CueFort has no app-operated backend and does not sell personal information or use app data for advertising or tracking.

Scripts, project metadata, recordings, recovery checkpoints, replacement takes, versions, and exports are stored locally on your device. CueFort does not upload this content.

Content leaves CueFort only through an action you explicitly initiate, such as importing a selected file, sharing or exporting content, or saving a finished video to Photos.

• Camera and microphone access are used only for preview and recordings you start.
• Add-only Photos access is requested only when you choose Save to Photos.
• File access is limited to documents you select through Apple’s system file picker.
• CueFort can import TXT, RTF, DOCX, and text-based PDF documents you select.

Apple StoreKit handles purchases and transaction verification. Apple processes the related Apple Account, payment, transaction, refund, and subscription information under Apple's policies.

CueFort stores only the minimum verified entitlement state required to make purchased access available offline. CueFort does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

If you choose to create a diagnostic package, it may include:

• App and schema version, device model, and iOS version.
• Recording configuration, sanitized event categories, and error codes.
• Checkpoint counts and durations, plus storage or thermal events.

Diagnostics exclude script text, video, audio, thumbnails, user-selected filenames, contact details, and other personal content. Nothing is sent automatically. A diagnostic package is shared only when you intentionally invoke Apple's system share sheet and choose a destination.

You control project deletion and recovery-data disposal in CueFort. Because there is no CueFort account or backend, you ordinarily control and delete app data locally on your device and through any system backups you maintain.

Deleting CueFort or its local data may remove content that has not been exported or preserved in a device backup.

The CueFort pages on awmbltd.com do not use advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, marketing cookies, support forms, or browser storage. The hosting provider may process ordinary request and security-log information to deliver and protect the website.

This policy may be updated if CueFort's features, release configuration, or legal requirements change. An updated policy will show a revised effective date.
