Help with CueFort

Please include enough context to reproduce the issue without sending your creative work:

• Your iPhone model.
• Your iOS version.
• Your CueFort version.
• What you expected to happen.
• What you observed instead, including the steps immediately before it happened.

Do not send scripts, recordings, or diagnostic packages unless you have reviewed them and intentionally chosen to share them. Remove private, confidential, licensed, or identifying material that is not needed to explain the issue.

Diagnostic packages are designed to exclude script text, video, audio, thumbnails, user-selected filenames, contact details, and other personal content, but you should still review any file before sharing it.

If a recording is interrupted, material through the last confirmed checkpoint can be recovered. The final few seconds after that checkpoint may be incomplete.

CueFort does not guarantee zero footage loss or completely crash-proof recording. Avoid deleting the project, recovery data, or the app until you have reviewed the available recovery result.

Use Restore Purchases in CueFort to ask Apple to verify eligible Creator access previously purchased with your Apple Account. Restoring does not create a new charge.

If access still does not appear, confirm that the device is using the Apple Account that made the purchase and that any subscription remains active.

Creator Monthly and Creator Annual are auto-renewing subscriptions. Manage or cancel them through your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting CueFort does not cancel an active subscription.

The 30-Day Project Pass is a one-time, non-renewing purchase. It provides 30 days of Creator access for a project cycle and does not automatically renew.
