SunVitD Support
Support page for the SunVitD iOS app by AWMB Ltd. Users can find help with subscriptions, preview access, location permissions, forecasts, saved readings, reminders, and privacy.

2. Purchases and subscriptions
- Purchases are handled only through Apple StoreKit.
- Product ID: com.sunvitd.app.pro.monthly
- Restore Purchases is available in the app.
- Subscription management and cancellation happen through the user's Apple account settings.
- Deleting app data or a SunVitD account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription.
- SunVitD does not offer external purchase links.
3. Account and data deletion
- Sign in with Apple is optional and is used for local account controls where available.
- If account features are used, open Settings in the app and choose Delete Account & Data to start deletion.
- Users can also email support with privacy or deletion questions.
4. Forecast/location data
Location coordinates may be used to request UV, weather, and air quality data from Open-Meteo. Data availability may vary by location, network status, or third-party service availability.

SunVitD provides educational estimates and planning context only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, supplement dosing, or a guarantee of safe sun exposure.
