SunVitD Privacy Policy
SunVitD is operated by AWMB Ltd. This policy explains what information may be used by the SunVitD iOS app.

1. Information used by the app
- Location coordinates may be used to request UV, weather, and air quality data for app functionality.
- User-provided profile inputs may include skin type, age, body exposure, SPF, and related planning preferences.
- Saved readings/history may be stored locally on the user's device unless a future sync feature is added.
- Subscription status may be handled through Apple StoreKit.
- If you choose to use account features such as Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide account information needed to operate that feature.
2. How information is used
- To provide UV, weather, air quality, forecast, and educational sun-exposure planning context.
- To enable limited preview and Pro subscription features.
- To save user preferences/readings if the user uses those features.
- To support app functionality and troubleshooting.
3. Third-party services
- Open-Meteo may receive location coordinates as part of UV, weather, and air quality requests.
- Apple StoreKit handles in-app purchases and subscriptions.
- Apple may process information according to Apple's own policies.
- AWMB Ltd does not sell SunVitD user data and only shares data with service providers as needed for app functionality, support, subscriptions, or legal compliance.
4. Tracking
SunVitD does not track users across apps or websites for advertising. These website pages should not include ad tracking scripts.
5. Medical disclaimer
SunVitD is for educational wellness and outdoor-planning context. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, supplement dosing, or a guarantee of safe sun exposure.
6. Data retention
- Locally saved app data remains on the device unless deleted by the user or changed by future sync/account features.
- Subscription records are handled through Apple.
7. User choices
- Users can manage location permissions in iOS Settings.
- Users can manage subscriptions through Apple account subscription settings.
- Users can delete locally stored app data by using in-app controls where available or by deleting the app.
- If account features are used, users can initiate account and associated data deletion from the app's Settings screen using Delete Account & Data.
- Deleting a SunVitD account or local app data does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription; subscriptions are managed through Apple account subscription settings.
- Users can contact AWMB Ltd to ask questions about privacy choices, revoking consent, or data deletion.
