What stays on your iPhone
Rippletrail stores per-level results, sound and haptic settings, and welcome-screen preferences locally. The app does not send these records or preferences to AWMB. There is no game account, advertising SDK, analytics SDK or tracking SDK. Your records are not a public leaderboard and do not synchronize between devices.
Local storage lets the app remember your choices and show your personal bests. Device backups may contain local app data according to your Apple settings.
Apple purchases
Apple handles payments and purchase history. The app checks verified Apple purchase records to determine access to the unlocked levels. AWMB does not receive payment-card details through the app. Apple processes store and purchase information under Apple’s privacy policy.
Erase your records
Open Pause → Privacy & about → Erase all personal records and confirm to remove saved results for every level. This preserves purchases and preferences. Deleting the app removes its local data; restoring a device backup may restore it. AWMB cannot retrieve or remotely delete scores stored on your device.
To ask about or request deletion of support correspondence, contact hello@awmbltd.com. Local record deletion does not erase Apple purchase history, website logs or support correspondence.
When you contact support
When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to supply, including any attachments. We use this information only to answer and manage support requests and meet applicable legal obligations. Device, app and level details help us investigate an issue. Please don’t send passwords or payment-card details.
Correspondence is retained only as needed to respond, investigate and manage related follow-up, and for any applicable legal obligations. Information no longer needed for those purposes should be deleted. There is no fixed universal retention period or guarantee of immediate deletion from provider backups.
Our email service handles messages on our behalf. The domain’s incoming mail is routed through Proton Mail. See Proton’s privacy policy. The email links on these pages open your own email app; these pages do not submit a contact form.
Visiting this website
Rippletrail’s product, support and legal pages use no advertising, analytics scripts, marketing pixels, social embeds or unnecessary cookies. Images, video and fonts are served from this website. Links to Apple or another website take you to that service, with its own privacy practices.
The website uses Vercel hosting and content delivery. Serving and protecting requests can involve technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser information and response details. These are website requests, separate from the records in the app.
Hosting records are retained according to their operational, security and legal purposes. Retention differs between request, security, backup and deployment records. See Vercel’s privacy notice. We do not claim that all provider records disappear when you erase app data.
Purposes, recipients and legal bases
For personal information that AWMB handles, responding to support requests and delivering and protecting the website serve our legitimate interests in helping people who contact us and operating a reliable, secure service. Where a request requires us to provide a service under a contract, processing necessary for that request is based on performing the contract. Information required by applicable law is processed to meet that legal obligation.
Website and email providers process the information needed to deliver their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. Apple handles its store services under its own terms and privacy policy. Local app records are not sent to these providers by AWMB.
Website and email services can involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Vercel’s published data processing addendum incorporates the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses for covered international transfers. Proton Mail’s published privacy policy describes its server locations in Switzerland, Germany and Norway. These documents explain the providers’ published arrangements; they do not describe every aspect of AWMB’s handling of a support request. Contact us for information about the recipients and safeguards relevant to your correspondence.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of personal information AWMB holds. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. These rights have conditions and exceptions under applicable law.
Contact hello@awmbltd.com to exercise your rights. You can complain to a supervisory authority in your country of residence, work or an alleged infringement. In Poland, contact the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
We do not use these Rippletrail pages or support correspondence for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Younger players and policy changes
The game has no age-entry or child-account system. An App Store age rating does not constitute a children’s privacy certification. Please avoid sending unnecessary information about a child in a support request.
We will update this policy if the app, website or handling of support information changes. The date above identifies this version. For help with the game, visit Rippletrail support.
