RandoMAN privacy policy
This policy separates what RandoMAN stores on your device from Apple’s services, this website and information you choose to send to AWMB.
1. Publisher and privacy contact
RandoMAN is published by AWMB Sp. z o.o. AWMB is responsible for the website and support correspondence described here. For privacy inquiries, email support@awmbltd.com.
2. No RandoMAN account or app cloud
RandoMAN requires no RandoMAN account. It has no app server or app cloud storage, advertising SDK, tracking or analytics SDK. RandoMAN does not send your local audio library to AWMB.
3. Information stored and processed on device
Imported audio, its metadata and artwork, library records, preferences, shuffle fairness and history, and resume information are stored on your device. Some optional Pro features save exact sessions and playback positions.
Metadata and artwork extraction, loudness analysis and local meter analysis run on device.
Local shuffle session and checkpoint records use Apple CryptoKit encryption with a key held in the Keychain. This protection is specific to those records; RandoMAN does not encrypt imported audio or all app data.
4. Apple Music and artwork
With your music-library permission, RandoMAN accesses library playlists and playback through MusicKit. Apple provides Apple Music and may handle listening activity under its own policies. Artwork may be fetched from Apple-provided URLs.
RandoMAN does not download, extract, import or export protected Apple Music files. Apple Music playback requires an eligible account. Local playback uses your selected supported non-DRM files and needs no Apple Music subscription.
See Apple’s privacy policy for its services.
5. Purchases
Apple StoreKit handles the optional one-time Pro purchase and optional consumable tips. Apple processes payments and purchase records. RandoMAN reads verified product and entitlement information to unlock purchased features. AWMB does not receive card details through RandoMAN.
Tips unlock no functionality. Restore Purchases is available in Settings for Pro. Apple-managed transaction records are separate from RandoMAN’s local music and shuffle history.
6. Sharing and private sessions
Export and sharing are initiated by you through system tools. Destination apps and services receive the files you choose to share and handle them under their own policies.
Pro private sessions stop RandoMAN saving shuffle and resume history for the session. They do not stop Apple Music listening records, Apple purchase records, imported-library storage or operating-system backups.
7. Your controls, deletion and backups
- Remove imported tracks to delete the imported app copy. This does not delete the source original or earlier exports.
- Reset saved shuffle history to make songs eligible again. This requires confirmation and does not delete the audio library.
- Revoke Apple Music library permission in system Settings.
- Uninstall RandoMAN to remove local app data, subject to Apple’s backup and restore behavior.
Device backups may contain app data according to your operating-system settings. Copies already exported or stored in backups may need separate management. Deleting app data does not undo Apple-managed purchase or listening records. RandoMAN has no app-managed remote deletion service.
Local app data remains on your device until you remove it or the app changes it as part of its normal operation. Apple and destination services manage their own records under their policies.
8. This website and hosting
The RandoMAN pages on awmbltd.com do not include analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, marketing cookies, a support form or browser-storage features. No login, cookie wall or download is needed to read these pages.
Vercel hosts the AWMB website. Delivering and protecting it can involve ordinary request and security logs, including IP address, requested URL, request time and browser or device information sent with the request. This website activity is separate from RandoMAN’s on-device app data.
The AWMB homepage separately offers a voluntary contact form. Its submitted name, email, optional company, project description and question are sent through Resend to AWMB. The RandoMAN support link opens your email application instead of submitting that form.
See Vercel’s privacy policy and Resend’s privacy policy for provider handling. These providers’ policies do not replace AWMB’s responsibility for its own processing.
9. Voluntary support correspondence
If you email AWMB, we receive your sender address and whatever you choose to include, such as a device model, app version, problem description, screenshot or diagnostic information. We use this information to respond to and resolve your support or privacy request. Your email provider and AWMB’s email delivery and mailbox services also process the correspondence.
Please avoid Apple credentials, payment details, copyrighted music files and unnecessary personal information. Remove private information from screenshots and diagnostics before sending them.
AWMB’s existing published policies do not specify a fixed support-email or website-log retention period. Contact support@awmbltd.com for information about the retention of your particular correspondence or to request deletion.
10. Purposes and your privacy rights
AWMB uses website request information to deliver and secure the website, and voluntary correspondence to handle the request you send. App-local information serves playback, library management and the settings you choose; AWMB does not receive it automatically.
Where applicable data-protection law gives you these rights, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information AWMB holds, or object to its processing. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent and complain to your data-protection authority. The available rights depend on the processing and applicable law.
AWMB’s existing public policies do not identify specific legal bases for support correspondence and hosting logs. You can ask AWMB about the legal basis and retention applicable to your request at support@awmbltd.com. For app data that stays on your device, use the controls described above. Apple’s records and files shared to other services must be managed with those providers.
11. Updates and help
Changes to this policy will show a revised last-updated date. For setup and troubleshooting, visit RandoMAN Support. For privacy questions, email support@awmbltd.com.
