ReturnO’Clock Privacy Policy

ReturnO’Clock is designed as a privacy-first, local-first receipt return reminder app. The app does not require an account for core receipt tracking. Depending on how you use the app, information involved in app functionality may include receipt photos, receipt text, store names, purchase dates, return-by dates, amounts, item details, notification settings, export files, subscription entitlement status, and support messages you send to AWMB Ltd.

AWMB Ltd does not sell personal information collected through ReturnO’Clock.

• Receipt records and receipt photos are stored locally on your device by default.
• Saved receipt details may include store, purchase date, return-by date, amount, item notes, receipt photos, and reminder settings.
• ReturnO’Clock is not intended to be a budgeting app, expense tracker, or cloud receipt-storage service.
• You are responsible for confirming store return policies, eligibility, and deadlines before relying on a saved return date.

Receipt text recognition is performed on device where supported by iOS. OCR may be incomplete or inaccurate, so ReturnO’Clock asks users to confirm parsed details before saving them.

• ReturnO’Clock includes a 7-day free trial, followed by an auto-renewing subscription if you subscribe.
• Subscriptions, purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment/account processing are handled by Apple through the App Store.
• Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through your Apple Account / App Store account settings.
• AWMB Ltd does not receive your full payment card details from Apple.
• Apple may process payment, account, subscription, and device information under Apple's own policies.
• Apple's standard EULA applies unless a custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect.

ReturnO’Clock may let you save physical store addresses with receipt records. If you choose to resolve a store address or open it in Maps, address or map-related information may be processed by Apple under Apple's policies.

If you email support, AWMB Ltd receives your email address, message contents, and any information you choose to include. This information is used to respond to support, privacy, deletion, subscription, or troubleshooting requests.

The ReturnO’Clock website pages may process basic technical logs for security and operation, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and related request information. These logs are used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.

Return reminders are local notifications. You can disable notifications for ReturnO’Clock in iOS Settings. If notifications are disabled, ReturnO’Clock may not be able to alert you before a return window closes.

• You can delete individual receipt records from inside the app.
• You can wipe all local receipt records, receipt photos, and pending reminders from inside the app.
• Deleting local receipt data does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account / App Store account settings.
• You can contact support with privacy or deletion questions.

ReturnO’Clock is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support communications, contact AWMB Ltd so the request can be reviewed.

AWMB Ltd may update this policy as ReturnO’Clock changes. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
