1. Using ClipKeep
- Copy text, a code snippet, or a URL.
- Open ClipKeep and capture the clipboard, or share directly to Save to ClipKeep where available.
- Add the ClipKeep keyboard in iOS Settings, then switch to it from the keyboard selector.
- Search saved clips from the app or ClipKeep keyboard, then paste the result where you need it.
2. Restore purchases
To restore ClipKeep Pro, open ClipKeep and use the restore purchase option on the subscription screen. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
3. Cancel or manage ClipKeep Pro
- ClipKeep Pro is managed by Apple through your Apple ID subscriptions.
- On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then choose ClipKeep.
- Choose the available cancellation or management option shown by Apple.
- Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription.
Apple billing help is available at support.apple.com/billing.
4. Privacy and data
ClipKeep is designed as a local-first clipboard utility. Saved clips are stored on the device in ClipKeep app storage and the shared app group used by the app extensions. ClipKeep does not require an AWMB account and does not upload clipboard contents to ClipKeep servers. Review the ClipKeep Privacy Policy for details.
5. Troubleshooting
- Update ClipKeep to the latest App Store version.
- Make sure the device is running a supported iOS or iPadOS version.
- If the keyboard is not visible, check that the ClipKeep keyboard is enabled in iOS Settings.
- If subscription status is not updating, check your internet connection and use Restore Purchase.
- Restart the app and check for App Store updates.
- Include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, ClipKeep version, and a short description when contacting support.
