Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AWMB Ltd handles information in connection with ClipKeep, a clipboard history and productivity utility for iPhone and iPad.

1. Information We Collect

  • Clipboard snippets and related clip metadata that you choose to save in ClipKeep.
  • App settings and preferences needed to remember how ClipKeep is configured on your device.
  • Purchase and subscription entitlement information from Apple or StoreKit, such as whether ClipKeep Pro is active, expired, refunded, revoked, or otherwise inactive.
  • Information you choose to send directly to AWMB Ltd in support or privacy emails.

2. Clipboard Content

  • ClipKeep saves clipboard content only when you choose to capture or save it.
  • Saved clips are stored on your device in ClipKeep app storage and the shared app group used by the main app, share extension, and keyboard extension.
  • ClipKeep does not require an AWMB account.
  • ClipKeep does not upload clipboard contents to ClipKeep servers.
  • You can delete individual clips, clear sensitive clips, or clear all history from inside the app where those controls are available.

3. Subscription and Purchase Information

  • ClipKeep Pro is purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system using StoreKit.
  • Apple processes subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment transactions.
  • AWMB Ltd does not receive full payment card details from Apple.
  • AWMB Ltd may receive or access limited purchase-related information needed to confirm subscription status, restore purchases, provide customer support, and maintain app functionality.
  • This limited information may include subscription status, product identifier, renewal state, transaction identifiers, or related App Store purchase information.

4. Analytics and Diagnostics

ClipKeep does not use third-party analytics or crash reporting tools in the current app implementation. Apple may still process App Store, purchase, device, or diagnostic information under Apple's own policies and user settings.

5. How We Use Information

  • To provide ClipKeep's app features.
  • To save, display, search, organize, protect, and delete saved clipboard records.
  • To process and verify ClipKeep Pro subscription status.
  • To restore purchases.
  • To respond to support, privacy, or troubleshooting requests.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

6. Data Sharing

  • AWMB Ltd does not sell personal information.
  • AWMB Ltd does not use clipboard content for advertising.
  • AWMB Ltd does not share saved clipboard content with advertisers.
  • Apple may process information as needed for App Store purchases, StoreKit, subscription management, refunds, Apple ID services, and platform functionality.
  • AWMB Ltd may disclose information if required to comply with applicable law or a valid legal request.

7. Data Retention

  • Saved clips remain in ClipKeep until you delete them, clear history, or remove app data from your device.
  • Support emails may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Subscription records, billing history, refunds, and cancellation records are managed by Apple according to Apple's policies.

8. Children's Privacy

ClipKeep is not directed to children under 13. AWMB Ltd does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through ClipKeep. If you believe a child has provided information, contact AWMB Ltd so the issue can be reviewed.

9. International Users

ClipKeep is provided by AWMB Ltd. If you use ClipKeep from outside the United Kingdom, information you send directly to AWMB Ltd, such as support emails, may be processed in the United Kingdom or in other locations where AWMB Ltd's service providers operate.

10. Your Choices

  • You can delete saved clips in the app where deletion controls are available.
  • You can clear sensitive clips or clear all history where those controls are available.
  • You can disable app permissions in iOS Settings where applicable.
  • You can manage or cancel ClipKeep Pro through your Apple ID subscription settings.
  • You can contact AWMB Ltd with privacy questions.

To manage subscriptions on iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then choose ClipKeep.

11. Changes to This Policy

AWMB Ltd may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at https://www.awmbltd.com/ClipKeep/privacy, and the effective date will be updated when changes are made.
