Device & availability

The app targets iPhone with iOS 17 or later. The English-language app’s Manual routines and timers work on iPhone alone, without a Beatitudo account. Full use of device-based readings requires compatible recording hardware or apps, available Health data and read access. Notifications are optional.

There is no public App Store download yet. One purchase includes your routine, with no subscriptions or additional in-app purchases. Configured prices at release are US $4.99, €4.99 in EUR storefronts and 24.99 PLN in Poland. Apple sets localized pricing elsewhere. Release is manual after Apple approval; the app is not yet available to download.

Apple Health & missing readings

In Settings, choose Apple Health as the selected source, then choose read access for enabled goals. An activity’s detail page can request access for that measure. If iOS does not show a new access screen, check the Health app: your profile → Privacy → Apps → Beatitudo. The exact labels can vary with iOS.

An empty or unavailable result does not reveal your read-permission decision. It can reflect absent samples, limited history, device syncing or unavailable access. Check the selected source, enabled measure, access in Health and update information; then refresh readings.

Apple Health reads supported samples already present in the iPhone’s shared Health store. Samples may come from the iPhone, Apple Watch or compatible third-party recording apps/integrations. Steps and walking/running distance can come from iPhone. There is no standalone Watch app or guaranteed reading.

Supported goals include steps, walking/running distance, exercise minutes, sleep, Stand Hours, flights climbed, cycling/swimming distance and active energy. Apple Watch data is required for Stand Hours. Optional sleep stages and overnight breathing rate need a compatible recording source and appear only where enabled and available.

A Stand Hour is different from a deliberate break. If Stand Hours are unavailable, you can choose Time you log for Movement Break and record a break yourself. Beatitudo does not detect sitting.

Manual actions & History

Slow breaths, Focus break and Connect are confirmed by you. Use the short Steps guides for Slow breaths or Focus break. Confirming a Manual action records an entry; tapping its completion control again on the same day can undo that day’s confirmation.

Timed Movement Break and Outdoors entries record the time you choose to log. Outdoors does not use location detection. History shows your recorded entries, rather than an overall day grade or streak penalty.

Schedules, reminders & quiet hours

Open an activity to change its goal, weekdays, reminder time, pause state or plan. In Settings you can reorder activities and choose a daily reminder cap from zero to five, plus quiet-hour start and end hours.

Enable notifications in Beatitudo and check iOS notification settings if reminders are absent. Paused or disabled activities do not schedule reminders. Quiet hours suppress planned reminders during that interval; setting identical start/end hours means no quiet interval. A zero daily cap stops routine reminders. iOS notification delivery and Focus settings can affect what you see.

Disconnecting & deleting local data

Settings → Privacy & Data lets you disconnect the selected source or delete local routine and history. Disconnecting clears displayed Health readings and stops reading from that selected source; manage Health read permission separately in Apple’s Health app.

Deleting local data removes the saved routine file and resets the routine state. Removing a single activity removes its plan; use the local-data deletion control to clear the complete saved routine and history. These controls do not erase Apple Health records, Apple purchase records or provider-held data. Changing or disconnecting the source does not itself revoke Health read permissions.

The routine file is excluded from device backup. Do not rely on a backup to restore deleted routine history.

The separate direct Fitbit/Google account connection is unconfigured because its production OAuth client is empty. Supported Fitbit-origin samples can be read through Apple Health only when a compatible integration supplies them there; Fitbit does not automatically export to Health.
