Beatitudo / Legal information

Your routine. Your choices.

Privacy policy for Beatitudo version 1.0, its product pages and support correspondence.

Effective 3 October 2026

Publisher & privacy contact

Beatitudo is published by AWMB Sp. z o.o.. For questions about this policy or information held by AWMB, email support@awmbltd.com. Registered office: ul. Świeradowska 47, 02-662 Warsaw, Poland. KRS 0000872044; NIP 5213914005. Business contact: hello@awmbltd.com; +48 531 086 240.

Routine settings & user entries

The current routine works without a Beatitudo account. Your activity choices, titles, goals, schedules, reminder preferences, selected source, user-confirmed entries and timer start times are saved on your iPhone to operate your routine and show recorded History, until deleted in the app or the app is removed.

The current app has no developer-operated app server, advertising SDK or tracking integration. It does not upload your routine or Apple Health readings to AWMB. This is a statement about the app, not every service operated by Apple, website hosting or email providers.

Optional Apple Health access

If you choose Apple Health, Beatitudo requests read access for the measures used by enabled, unpaused goals: steps, walking/running distance, exercise minutes, sleep, Stand Hours, flights climbed, cycling/swimming distance and active energy. Optional sleep-stage and respiratory-rate details depend on your chosen settings and available samples.

Readings, source labels and update information are used to display individual activity progress and optional sleep details. These readings are held in app memory rather than written into the saved routine file. The adapter requests no HealthKit write permission.

Apple Health is the shared Health store on your iPhone; supported samples may originate from the iPhone, Apple Watch or compatible third-party recording apps/integrations. Full use of device-based readings requires compatible recording sources, available data and read access. Apple Watch data is required for Stand Hours; sleep stages and overnight breathing rate need a compatible recording source. A missing reading does not establish that you denied access. Beatitudo does not use outdoor location or sitting detection.

Apple manages Health permissions and its own services. See Apple’s privacy policy. Changing or disconnecting Beatitudo’s source does not itself revoke Health permissions. Local Beatitudo deletion does not delete Apple Health records or Apple purchase records.

Storage, protection & backup

The saved routine file uses iOS file protection that protects the file while the device is locked, with the system’s allowance for an already-open file. It is stored in the app’s Application Support area and marked as excluded from device backup. This does not describe every system-managed record or Apple Health backup.

Routine settings, confirmations and time logs remain locally until deleted in the app or the app is removed. Beatitudo does not provide an app cloud account or a cloud-history restore service. No guarantee of recovery after deletion, device loss or storage failure is made.

Notifications

With notification permission, Beatitudo schedules local reminders using activity titles and your days, times, daily cap and quiet hours. iOS handles their delivery. Notification text can appear on your device’s lock screen according to your system settings; adjust previews there if you prefer.

Fitbit & other provider services

The separate direct Fitbit/Google account connection is unconfigured in this release because its production OAuth client is empty. Supported Fitbit-origin samples can be read through Apple Health only when a compatible integration actually supplies them there; automatic Fitbit export is not assumed.

The unconfigured connection does not establish an authenticated Fitbit account. A future activation will require an updated policy before it is made available.

Your app controls

You can edit, pause or remove activity plans, undo a same-day Manual confirmation, disconnect the selected source, and delete the local routine and history in Settings → Privacy & Data. Deletion removes the saved routine file, clears displayed readings and resets routine state. Scheduled reminders are updated to that reset state.

Disconnecting clears local displayed readings. To change Apple Health permissions or remove Health records, use Apple’s Health controls. Removing an activity plan alone is not the same as deleting all recorded History. Provider-held data must be managed with the relevant provider.

Website visits

These Beatitudo pages are static product, support and legal content. They contain no account, support form, newsletter, advertising integration, analytics script or marketing-cookie logic. Fonts and branding are served from this website. Following a link to another AWMB surface or external service can involve that destination’s own handling.

The website is hosted by Vercel. Serving and protecting requests can involve technical information such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser/user-agent information and response/routing information. This is website traffic, not an upload of app Health readings.

The hosting account has Observability Plus enabled, with a documented 30-day window for runtime logs and observability data. No external log drains are configured. This window does not cover every hosting security, backup, build or deployment record. Other provider records follow operational, contractual and legal retention needs; deletion or anonymization follows when no longer needed, with safeguards for records that cannot immediately be deleted, such as backups. These records are separate from local app data. See Vercel’s privacy notice for provider practices. Deleting local app data does not delete website or correspondence records.

Support correspondence & requests

If you email AWMB, we receive your sender address and the information you choose to include, such as your app/iOS version and issue description. We use it to respond to your support or privacy request. Your email service and AWMB’s mailbox/delivery services also handle correspondence. Incoming mail for awmbltd.com is routed through Proton Mail; see Proton’s privacy policy. Other AWMB enquiry forms have their own delivery handling and are not used by these mail links.

Please do not send sensitive Health readings, private routine history or credentials. You may ask AWMB about access, correction or deletion of information it holds, and about applicable privacy rights, using the privacy contact above. To request access, correction or deletion, email support@awmbltd.com with “Beatitudo privacy” and identify the correspondence or information concerned, without sending Health values. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. Provider-held records and any legally required records have separate handling.

Support retention & privacy rights

We keep support correspondence only while reasonably necessary to answer your enquiry, investigate the issue and complete related follow-up. We review and delete correspondence that is no longer needed, including unnecessary attachments and duplicate copies. Any specific records retained for a legal obligation or legal claim are limited to that purpose and the applicable period. This is purpose-based retention, not a fixed deadline or a promise of automatic erasure from every mailbox, archive or provider backup.

For AWMB-held website and correspondence information, applicable privacy rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to your local supervisory authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Contact us to exercise your rights or ask about a retention exception.

Website delivery/security and answering support requests use AWMB’s legitimate interests in operating a secure site and responding to people who contact us. Processing necessary for a purchase-related service request can be necessary to perform the contract; specific statutory records are retained where a legal obligation applies. We do not use app Health readings for these purposes. The app’s read access is controlled through Apple Health.

Website and email service providers may process records outside your country under their applicable contractual and transfer safeguards. AWMB remains responsible for its own processing. Ask the privacy contact for information about the handling relevant to your request; local app deletion does not delete website or email records.

Apple purchase records

Apple handles the one-time paid download and related purchase/account records under its own terms and privacy practices. Beatitudo has no website checkout, subscription or additional in-app purchase. Deleting Beatitudo’s routine data does not delete Apple’s purchase records.

Changes & help

Changes in provider availability, processing or release scope require review of this policy and the App Store privacy answers.
