Website review enquiry privacy

Updated: 13 October 2026

This notice covers the website review and quote form on /landing and /pl/landing, and correspondence about that request.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is AWMB Sp. z o.o. For privacy questions or help with your enquiry, email hello@awmbltd.com or call +48 531 086 240.

What we receive

We receive your email, a public page URL or a new-website request, your business description and selected goal. If supplied, we also receive your name, target market and planned budget. We keep the correspondence, the time we receive the request, the form language and this notice’s version.

To deliver and protect the website, our host may process your IP address, request time and URL, browser information, and technical and security records. Please do not include passwords, private links, customer records or sensitive personal information.

Purposes and lawful bases

We use these details to review your public page or new-site brief, prepare a short review and quote, and answer your questions. Where you request steps towards a contract with you, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where you represent a company or another organisation, we rely on our legitimate interests in answering business enquiries and preparing proposed work (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Website operation and security rely on our legitimate interests in providing a reliable service and preventing misuse (Article 6(1)(f)). Specific legal obligations can require record retention (Article 6(1)(c)). Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims may justify retaining relevant records under Article 6(1)(f).

Providing details is voluntary. Without an email and the required page or new-site information, we cannot handle the review and quote request. Name, market and budget are optional. This form does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not use this form for profiling or automated decision-making.

Providers and international processing

Authorised people at AWMB access the request as needed to handle it. Vercel hosts the website and handles the form request, Resend sends the enquiry to our inbox, and Proton Mail handles incoming mail for awmbltd.com. These providers use their own subprocessors. If you commission work, relevant details may also go to advisers or providers needed for the contract and legal obligations.

Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the US and Switzerland. Resend identifies the US as its main processing location. Relevant safeguards include standard contractual clauses in provider data processing agreements or an applicable adequacy decision. You can ask us for details and a copy of the safeguards relevant to your request.

Provider information: Vercel DPA, Resend DPA, Proton DPA. Provider notices do not replace AWMB’s responsibility for its own processing.

How long we keep data

We delete unsuccessful enquiries, their reviews and related correspondence from AWMB’s records within 6 months of the last reply. If there is no reply, we measure that period from receipt. A specific legal obligation or claim may require selected records to be kept longer, only for the period relevant to that obligation or claim.

If you commission work, project records are kept for contract performance, relevant legal obligations and claims. These are separate from unsuccessful enquiries. Technical copies and provider records follow their own retention periods and safeguards. Deletion of AWMB correspondence does not mean immediate erasure of every provider backup.

Your rights

Depending on the basis and circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email hello@awmbltd.com and identify the enquiry concerned. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity.

You can complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or the relevant supervisory authority in your country.

Review scope and proposed work

The initial review is free and limited to a public page or new-site brief. It is not a full SEO audit, a legal compliance assessment or a guarantee of business results. Design, development and any detailed audit require a separate agreement on scope, price and terms. Submitting the form does not order paid work.
