The session

Piece by Piece is one 60-minute, English-language guidance session on Google Meet about the app idea or problem you describe when booking. You operate your own tools and may share your screen. We do not record or transcribe the session. We do not promise a finished or published app.

Price and payment

Select one fixed price and currency before booking:

These are separate fixed prices; they are not live currency conversions. AWMB Sp. z o.o. is currently listed as VAT exempt, and no VAT is added while that status applies. The selected total is shown before you commit to pay. Payment is collected through Stripe during booking. Your booking is confirmed after payment succeeds and you receive confirmation. We will update the displayed price and this page before charging VAT if the applicable status changes.

Our cancellation and rescheduling policy

Cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled start for a full refund. A later cancellation or no-show does not qualify for a voluntary refund, but mandatory consumer rights still apply. Request a new time at least 24 hours before the scheduled start to reschedule without a fee, subject to availability. If we approve a later change, it is also free.

Email hello@awmbltd.com. For a request by email, the time it reaches that address determines the cutoff. Removing a calendar event does not automatically issue a refund. We assess the request and process any refund through Stripe, then confirm the outcome in writing. If we cancel or cannot provide the session, you may choose another available time or a full refund.

EU and Polish consumers: statutory withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have 14 days from the conclusion of this online service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Our 12-hour cancellation policy does not reduce that right. To withdraw, send a clear statement to hello@awmbltd.com before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the optional form below. We will reimburse payments due after withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your notice, through the original payment method unless we agree otherwise, subject to any lawful amount for service already provided at your request.

For now, EU sessions can be booked only when they start at least 14 days after purchase. This avoids asking for early-service consent during checkout. Starting the service does not itself erase any statutory right; applicable law determines any reimbursement due.

United States and other mandatory rights

For consumers in the United States, our voluntary cancellation and rescheduling policy applies subject to any mandatory federal or state consumer rights. This English offer is intended for residents of Poland, other EU countries and the United States. The booking form asks for your country of residence and, if you are in the United States, your state.

Privacy and contact

We use your booking details to arrange and deliver the session and handle payment, changes and refunds. Please do not include passwords, API keys or sensitive personal information in booking answers.
