Piece by Piece English guidance session · Version 29 September 2026

Controller: AWMB Sp. z o.o., ul. Świeradowska 47, 02-662 Warszawa, Poland. KRS 0000872044; NIP 5213914005. Privacy requests: support@awmbltd.com.

What we use

We use your name, email address, country of residence and US state if applicable, selected time, brief project answers, booking and payment references, and your acknowledgement of the booking terms to schedule, prepare and deliver the session, take payment, handle changes and refunds, provide support, and meet accounting and legal duties. Please do not enter passwords, API keys or sensitive personal information. We do not record or transcribe the session.

Providers

Our booking service runs on Vercel and stores booking details in a protected Neon database. Our email provider delivers booking and payment messages. Google Calendar and Google Meet receive your name, email address, scheduled time, and the confirmation terms needed for the invitation and meeting link; the project answers are not put in the invitation. Google's privacy policy describes its processing. Stripe processes the payment. AWMB does not receive your full card number.

How long information remains

We aim to remove detailed project answers from our own working notes seven days after a completed session. This is an operational target for our own notes, not a promise that all booking information disappears after seven days. We keep the minimum booking, payment, cancellation and refund records needed for accounting, legal duties and disputes for the applicable period.

Neon's database recovery history is retained for the period provided by the selected database plan and may contain details already removed from the active database. A Google Calendar event removed by its organizer can remain in the organizer's bin for 30 days, and invitees may retain their own copies. Stripe retains transaction and related personal data under its own legal, fraud, accounting and service rules. Its published policy says it generally retains personal data received from business users for five or more years after the relationship or last transaction in most jurisdictions. These provider schedules mean we cannot promise deletion across recovery history, Google and Stripe after seven days.

Legal bases and rights

For EU and Polish residents, our legal bases are performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests in security, support and handling claims. Provider processing may occur outside the EEA under their stated transfer arrangements. You may request access, correction, deletion where applicable, restriction or objection, and portability where applicable by writing to support@awmbltd.com. You may complain to your data protection authority. US residents may have additional state privacy rights. We will verify a request and explain any information we must keep by law.

For booking and payment conditions, read the Piece by Piece booking terms.
