Data We Collect

How We Use Data

Depending on the context, the legal basis may include contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and compliance with legal obligations.

Tailored Demos and Aggregate Statistics

AWMB may use information already published on a prospect's website to prepare a private draft demonstration. Imported information is reviewed by a person before publication, is never published automatically, and can be corrected, unpublished, revoked, or removed. Demo links normally expire after 30 days.

Demo reporting stores aggregate totals for views, scenarios opened, pilot-button clicks, and submitted pilot requests. It does not store IP addresses, cookies, device identifiers, individual browsing histories, or viewer identities. Identity is stored only when someone intentionally submits a pilot request.

Live Pilots

Pilot request and onboarding details are used to review eligibility, create a client draft, send transactional onboarding and activation messages, operate the limited pilot, enforce expiry and usage limits, and support an optional subscription. A pilot requires no card, does not convert automatically, and creates no automatic charge.

Service Providers

AI Receptionist may use hosting, database, email, AI model, analytics, payment, and monitoring providers. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service. For EU/UK personal data, AWMB should maintain appropriate processor terms and transfer safeguards with relevant vendors.

Retention

Client setup records and lead records are kept while the service is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support, audit, tax, dispute, security, and legal reasons. Data that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymized according to the active retention schedule. Daily aggregate website statistics are retained for up to 13 months. Demo drafts and pilot requests are retained only as long as reasonably needed for review, operation, security, disputes, and legal obligations; revoked or expired demos are removed or anonymized under the active retention schedule. Aggregate statistics do not contain IP addresses or visitor identifiers.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of personal data. See the Data Rights page for the request process.
